So what did our Bohemian cards come up with for us this week? Always interesting to see what picture forms from a week of readings, especially when messages are repeated.

In terms of card layouts, I used a mix of spreads this week, from the tableau-like Mystic 7s to three more “positional” spreads (although the traditional Romany Layout is more of a storytelling spread than it first seems). Both are good “general overview” spreads, so not really ones you’d ask questions of particularly, while the longer version of the Partnership Spread we used specifically looks at the relationship between two people, and the Star Spread is really for exploring the “path to a goal”.

This Week: The Message Is One Of Luck & Fortune In Documentation Or The News. Really?! Let's See.

So this appears to be an upbeat message of luck and good fortune, happiness and a constant watching-over for this week. Which sounds more positive than news usually is, but there we go!

There seems to be a sick or unhealthy sense of sadness or upset about illness/dysfunction over an enemy figure, but there’s actually luck pouring over the news or information we’ll be getting in some way. An older woman or bereaved wife mourns envy but hope eternal also springs from that.

A spiritual, religious or moral figure preaches love and there may be news of this which brings happiness, pleasure and joy,but there’s also anger around money or the value given to or by an older/senior male figure who may be looking back in regret.

Someone may be snatching a woman, or a woman or female figure may be the thief in a deal or marriage situation which is constant or always overseen. That brings a gift for a younger male figure and a pleasant surprise.

Reading the columns down from the right, we get that there has been a sickness in morality, that it has been stolen in some way.and there’s sadness over love and relationships for a female figure. There’s news or documentation of an enemy deal, perhaps a signed declaration, document or bill and as we’ve seen, at the core of the message is luck pouring over that bringing happiness to those who would oversee that and make it permanent.

An older woman may give or receive money as a gift or compensation but there’s jealous rage and anger over a particular man, while there’s hope for a senior,older man that a pleasant surprise may be unearthed.

Pairing the cards give us an unhealthy surprise, or unhealthy glee at a surprise amid sadness for a particular man. An enemy either gifts something or receives a gift involving luck and good fortune over stability and/or “everything”, oversight ).An older woman, possibly grieving and her marriage or she makes a deal, and there’s jealousy of a younger woman with hopes of stealing something or taking something from her, or hope itself being snatched away.

A spiritual or moral older man OR an older/senior man faces up to a more moral one, where there’s anger in love/support around news of money or payment that the message appears to bring happiness about.
