A spread you can use with several decks

Here’s a useful neat little layout that you can use with several of the oracle decks you see here but is particularly good with both the Austrian traditional Zigeuner fortune telling cards, and the Lenormand.

It comes from the “Gypsy Witch Fortune telling cards’ which are a kind of Lenormand-like deck.

What’s It Good For?

• Its best use is to gain insight into one specific problem or issue. It’s not an “open” layout that you can ask any question of like, say, the 9-card box spread.

• You can either choose or lay the focus card “blind”. Choose for a problem you know you need to resolve; lay it blind for the cards to choose for you!

• It is very Fate-oriented, and works well with different oracle decks.

• It’s quick but surprisingly insightful and deep

• It gives “life lesson” type readings

To use it to gain insight into a problem situation, life area or issue,  particularly regarding the life lesson it represents, you first should to pick a card from the deck that represents that to act as a Keycard or Focus Card. Here are my suggestions:
