Today, I thought I’d do another relationship reading with the cards, just for illustration purposes really, looking at the surprise announcement of divorce between Sacha Baron Cohen and his long-time wife Isla Fisher, this time with Leiding’s Traditional Kipperkarten and one of my faves for this, the 21 Card Partnership Spread. The split just seemed slightly curious timing due to his publicised feud with Aussie actress Rebel Wilson (I’m not a big fan of either him or Rebel in terms of work, tbh, so have no skin in this game) and the less than complimentary accusations she’s made about him in her memoir. He is taking legal action. So.
There are shorter versions of partnership spreads but, I dunno, I always think this one adds a little more depth. It basically looks at the dynamics and ‘events’ between the two people involved and the “themes” coming up in their relationships.
Subscribers can find out how to lay and read it here ( the example in this one was Harry & Meghan.)
But remember, “partnerships” can be ANY kind, not just couples; siblings, rivals, business partners, political allies, family members, anyone. And you can use any of the decks also. Just pick the best significator cards for the job in hand! Here are a couple of UK political ones I did a while back, for instance, firstly when PM Rishi Sunak suddenly brought back ex PM David Cameron back from the dead to be his Foreign Secretary, and the second, Sunak versus Labour leader Keir Starmer (they are still both beset by infighting within their parties, incidentally, just as this reading showed)
Anyway! Back to Sacha and Isla’s sudden announcement… and might it give us any clues about why they chose to time it now, what with Rebel Wilson and her apparent feud with him? He has taken legal action over her memoir delaying it, by the looks of things.
Here was how the cards fell. The Main Female is Isla, the Main Male is Sacha.
