A Kipper Relationship or Partnership Layout
This 21-Card Reading, utilising short groups of 3 cards, is great for looking at relationships between two people and identifying the key 'themes' of their partnership.
Reading for love and relationships is one of the most popular uses of Kipper and other oracle decks, and indeed, most versions of the Kipper cards do explicitly lean heavily towards the topic of romantic relationships over and above any other.
So in this post, we’re going to be building on our prior knowledge of both Kipper card meanings and reading groups of cards of three or more, in a larger 21-card reading suggested by Kipper card designer Hildegard Leiding, whose version of the Original Kipperkarten is shown above. It looks specifically at the dynamics, themes and events in a partnership between two people.
Traditionally, it is assumed that the partnership is romantic, and between a male and female, but in my view, it could equally be used to represent a partnership between any two people, romantic or otherwise. You would just need to pick different ‘starter’ character cards from the Main Female and Main Male characters, although, as we know, those should always be considered the default consultants.
Below, I’ll be taking you through the steps to build this layout, and then show you an example, which in this case, (and as we say as a disclaimer, “for entertainment purposes only”), is based on analysing the relationship of two people much in the public eye currently: Harry and Meghan. So what will be revealed?
Let’s begin.
