Tuesday: What Is Going On?! Partnership Spread For A Surprise Political Return

Well, well. In scenes reminiscent of the return of killed-off Bobby Ewing in Dallas, former UK PM David Cameron, last seen scarpering after the Brexit Referendum, is back from the dead after the not-unexpected sacking of Suella Braverman on Monday morning, and has been installed as UK Foreign Secretary, despite not even being an MP, with a peerage having to be rushed through for him by the end of the day.

Pretty much everyone: “What on earth…”

Perhaps this was the missing “Surprise Reunion” that came up in our reading at the start of last week, although I’d assumed that was a romantic one. Maybe not. There was also, if you remember, a “favours to rich friends” theme that came up also in that reading. Hmm. Remind yourself of that one here:
