Just a quick reading today, in the aftermath of all the hoo-ha in the UK government with the resignation of Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner due to a stamp duty scandal.

While everything has been reshuffled quickly to accommodate this, it’s still being reported that PM Starmer is “reeling” and that this is a “disaster” for his premiership. Is it? We’ll see.

So for today’s reading, I’m using the Star Spread with the Hungarian Bohemian cards to take a look at what he’d have to do to achieve some semblance of order in his governance, in the way he’d like. I’m representing this with the Officer and Merriment cards together - a sort of “positive authority”. I’ve also included both a central problem card (Misfortune) and an underlying.

A reminder here of how to lay and read the Star Spread, useful for “what would I have to do to achieve x” type questions.

So what do you think it’s telling us about that? Read on to find out how I interpreted the spread in relation to Starmer and his current situation.
