Meanwhile, it was all about the Thoughts this week… in fact, we could hardly get away from them!

Canada’s PM, Justin Trudeau spouted a few of his as he resigned at the start of the week although he won’t be gone from the picture for a while; meanwhile UK PM Keir Starmer & Elon Musk were busy in ever escalating war of words (and facts) over historical grooming gangs in the UK, Musk and Farage then fell out overnight, while the issue, as well as various people’s annoyance at the constant overreach grew and grew. On a more wholesome note, the funeral of the late President Jimmy Carter took place, and everyone had to be on their best behaviour for once. And Los Angeles was shockingly ravaged by wildfires, destroying the homes of many, including some of our most well-known celebs.
