Now, we’ve already looked at how to read Kipper cards in pairs and answered some questions about directionals and their effects on a reading. Give yourself some practice on those below.

Most of the time, you’re going to be reading Kipper cards in answer to specific questions, even if the question is as simple as “What’s coming up for me this week?” “What is coming up ahead in X situation?” and so on.

Main Character (MC) cards 1 & 2: The Main Male & Main Female

One of the simplest ways to do that is to perform a short reading using one of the two Main Character cards as a significator, and then to lay three (or more) additional cards in a straight line ahead of them— their “line of sight— that you then read as a story.

Using A Significator: Line Of Sight Readings

Now, you don’t have to use a significator (one of the Main Character or MC cards), but it is helpful if you do for readings about yourself or another querent, particularly if you want to look primarily at what’s coming up ahead for them or in a situation they’re in. It helps to focus the reading. Here are the steps to take:
