Getting Down To Practice
Now let’s turn to the second of our two practice sessions on directional cards. You can find the previous one here if you missed it!
And if you missed the main two posts on directional and connector cards with details of their meanings, you can check those out by clicking on the buttons below.
Once again, the idea is to look at the eight spreads below and identify the key directionals and what they’re telling you. Again, DON’T worry too much about the deeper meanings in the rest of the layouts we’re practicing with unless you want to, for now, JUST look at the directional cards and those either side of them or in the correct directional positions to familiarize yourself with the process.
You can check any other card meanings you might need via the Kipper card meaning index here.
For these practice exercises, I’ll be using the “Original” Kipperkarten deck. Please note, I (like many readers) do not personally follow the “auspicious/inauspicious” directionals that some readers use, although you can if you wish.
Practicing Directionals
For this second group of examples I’m going to give you below, look at the illustrations and see if you can answer just the question asked. Do try this out for yourself first. The answers can all be found at the bottom of the post.
