A 2024 News Prediction Using An Expanded Version Of The Spread

For today, and as I think last year’s “expanded” Four Corner spread with the Sibylle des Salons worked out quite well in terms of annual prediction, I’ve drawn the same spread, but this time using the Vera Sibilla as a predictive tool for 2024.

The spread utilises the four playing card suits which, bear in mind, are different and have different meanings between oracle decks (so the Sibylle des Salons playing card meanings don’t remotely match those of the Vera Sibilla, nor the Lenormand cards, all of which have playing card references). I’ll be taking a closer look at the different playing card references between systems at a later date, but for now, just be aware of the following references, which you’ll see in the corners of the Vera Sibilla deck as the letters Q, P, F and C:

Q: Quadri (Diamonds): Material World, Moneymaking, Rewards

P: Picche (Spades): Misfortune, Conflicts, Sadness, Loss

F: Fiori (Clubs): Practicality, Everyday Events, Getting Through Life

C: Cuori (Hearts) for Emotions, Happiness, Contentment, Interpersonal Issues

My annual version is much expanded, using five cards per section and then adding cards for clarity on any card that falls into the correct “suit” in the section.
