What Might These Card Pairs Mean? People 2
Take a look at the following Vera Sibilla/Gypsy Oracle pairs, which are all about people and now include reversals. What sort of characters do they seem to be describing?
Previously, we looked at some example meanings for card pairs for people where the cards were all upright. So far, so simple. But what if you are using card reversals as well as upright cards? You will need to take those meanings into account also, which, as you might imagine, is a lot trickier.
As a reminder, the process of combining the cards is the same as when they are upright. Usually, the right hand card will influence the left, and that’s the case whether it’s reversed or not.
So just as we did before, I suggest you take a look at the following 12 pairs, again all about people and characters, and decide what sort of character or person you think they’re describing.
Try to really get into the images on the cards and what you think they’re saying about the person. You can click on the card titles beneath the pictures if you need a reminder of either of the cards’ full meanings when both upright and reversed, but I’d strongly recommend looking for yourself first, as it’ll help you get familiar with the card meanings.
