Weekly Roundup: Looking Ahead For April, A Major International Agreement, Trump's Court Case, A Lucky Chancer & A Gamble
W/e 8th/9th April 2023
I began the week & month with , well, catching Covid, which hasn’t been much fun for me this week, yuk, but also a look-back at some of the readings from the first three months of the year and what they were picking up on.

Roundup: A Brief Look Back At Jan-March 2023 Predictions
Looking back at the cards’ themes in the first three months of the year, what various readings have said about the Royals, Harry’s book, as well as themes of political and high level corruption and a still-to-be-revealed mystery woman pulling strings behind the scenes.
Coming Up April: Secret Comes Out, Plus Lifelong Bond, But Healthy Cynicism Advised. Irrational Passions Rule: Use Caution With What You're Told
These cards suggest that news-wise this month, there’ll be the reveal of a secret or information that some of us knew, but perhaps not all, coming out into the world and public view. Times will continue to be disruptive and troublesome, although not in major ways for most. There could be another major deal or agreement on the cards, or there’ll be a cementing of a bond or partnership that is lifelong and brings a lasting alliance. However, public cynicism about one particular person or institution is likely to prove correct, and much-feted promises remain unlikely to be fulfilled. Outward appearances may turn our heads; the cards warn us not to be charmed by anyone superficially attractive or who is being too idealised. Someone who looks too good to be true usually is.
Overall, too much passion and perhaps extremism will backfire, with passions enflaming hearts perhaps to the point of no return or rationality. And it’s wise not to have faith in every piece of advice or spin, and not to believe all you are told. Caution and questioning is advised for us all to proceed successfully. That said, there’ll be an unexpected discovery or reveal, perhaps of something forgotten about, and we should find something we have lost as a result. Financially, times will continue to be hard and people may feel under-appreciated, but eventually payments due will be received.
So a looking ahead read. Already, it was announced on the day I posted this that Finland is finally joining Nato (“another major deal or agreement on the cards, or there’ll be a cementing of a bond or partnership that is lifelong and brings a lasting alliance.”)
Secrets-wise (and cynicism-wise), there are various high profile “digging arounds” going on at high level, from several court cases and legal processes into those formerly in power (eg Trump) to, in the case of Scotland’s former first minister and her husband this week, her husband’s arrest for fraud and the police literally raiding their home and digging in their back garden (!), but for what? There just seems to be a general atmosphere of everything, however ugly, coming to the surface right now, especially things that individuals in power have tried to keep hidden. A great deal of murkiness about on all sides of politics right now.
Wednesday: An Agreement For A Country Brings Celebration For The Removal Of Madness, But Thoughts May Be Of Revenge
A written agreement for a country responding to a madness, although it won’t go down well with those who see it bringing potential disaster. There is news for the country and there’ll be analysis about it, although most will be celebrating the removal of a “sickness” or something very wrong. There’ll be concerns about forthcoming revenge, however, and whether or not it was the healthy agreement to make.
Good news for Finland and Nato, bad news for Putin, whose actions have managed to persuade them to do the very thing he was most threatened by; them joining up to Nato after 70 years of neutrality, the signing of which happened today. Unfortunately, a threatened Putin is also a dangerous Putin so people will be aware of that and thinking about any inherent risks, especially of revenge.
Thursday: Trump's Court Case. An Older & Younger Woman, A Lot of Money, Waiting, Planning & A Long Road Ahead
A court case, an older man, an older woman, a younger woman and a lot of money involved and anticipated. This is a process that is likely to take a long time and will be expensive, involving a coming together with an older woman and her ambitions, and underpinned by a younger woman biding her time and anticipating something with the older man. This case looks as though it has been long planned, is about a lot of money, and it will take a long time for the older man.
The getting together may have happened a long time ago, or may continue for a long time now The older woman has been waiting for and anticipating this with the older man, with hopes and goals of a big payout involving the younger woman. Huge wealth is always going to feature in the goals of the older man. It may well have been planned a long time ago, and the expectations of the older woman were that this would take a long time. The younger woman had ambitions for a meeting, and the older man himself is connected to the older woman by a lot of money.
This was looking at the main influences currently around the Trump/Stormy Daniels hush money payments court case, and that it’s part of a very long process, with a great deal of money involved and expected to be involved.
Friday: A Lucky Chancer Sweeps In Offering Stability, But A Gamble May Prove The Solution
A“lucky player” shows up on the scene, someone who always manages to land on his feet and take advantage of situations. Could be a charmer. Now, he sweeps in to offer stability, but it could be a big risk to take around peace. On the other hand, a long term gamble may prove the solution.
Still not sure who this would be at the current time. But today was the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement in Northern Ireland, still way more precarious than was hoped for at the time, although the part in this reading about ‘taking a gamble may prove the solution’ did very much put me in mind of a similar kind of energy that may be at play right now.
