July already! Here’s the weekly roundup on posts for the last week of June.
Card Reading Resources Added This Week (For Paid Subscribers)
Last weekend, we continued with our series on the Kipper cards by going through the step by step instructions on how to lay and read a Master Card spread, which is one that I often use here on the Daily Oracle.
I also posted the first of several articles on how to read the Kipper Grand Tableau. This one introduces you to the layout and takes you through the initial steps.
Expect more Kipper Grand Tableau instructions—revealing how you can get to the real juice of a GT layout— over the weekend and early next week, and then we’ll be starting on the basics of Lenormand. And just to note, we’ll be revisiting ALL the decks I use here again with regular additional posts after the “basics” of all of them have been covered.
The Readings
This Week: On The Right Road, But Union Breaks & Project Fails, Although Will Bring Success Eventually
In general, we’re going down the right path now, but are likely to see a union threatening to come apart. A major project will be unsuccessful, but after deliberation and consideration, the right decision will be made. There is, however, still an enemy about wanting to catch us and we’ll need to be on our guard. There will be sad news from afar, although there may be a silver lining to the cloud coming eventually also. Success or profit can be made from something that’ll eventually bring a lot of money, and the week has a successful or at least more positive feel overall.
I’m not really sure this has played out as predicted really. The biggest news here in the UK at least, after Putin’s dramatic near-overthrow last weekend, is currently major rioting in France, now after the police shooting of a teenager in a traffic incident so I wouldn’t really call this “a more positive feel.” Russia bombed a pizza restaurant in Ukraine. The UK government was told once again that its Rwanda migrant plan was unlawful, Prince William (not, perhaps noticing the excess number of his family’s residential royal palaces or possibly trying to counter this) launched a homelessness scheme, Spotify & Netflix bosses called his brother & wife “grifters” and “talentless”, Madonna nearly died, actor Julian Sands’ remains were finally found, the remnants of the Titan were lifted from the sea, and here in the UK, NHS junior doctors voted to strike again.
What was noticeable about the rest of this week’s readings, however, that many of them could be referring to either Putin or Harry (on a lesser scale, of course, but esp re “unions threatening to come apart”), which was ironic considering the reveal this week that one of Harry’s much derided and embarrassing Spotify podcast ideas was to interview powerful men, Putin among them, to “talk to them about their childhoods.”
I’m sure that would have gone down a treat with Vlad.
Tuesday: A Man Who's Lost Something Strategises Over How To Be Victorious
A senior man considers his losses and has succumbed to negativity. He’ll be strategic and planning his defence to keep things stable although his methods are unlikely to change. His passionate self has been lost and he’ll be needing official or military advice now over how he fights or defends against that. There’s a lot to learn about what upsets him and what won’t change. There’s a chance of victory, too, over a soldier bringing something to celebrate.
I’d be pretty certain this was Putin, licking his wounds after his near overthrow at the weekend. He is still there, and making strategic public appearances in a show of strength (not to mention the appalling attack on Ukraine citizens in a pizza restaurant) but much weakened under the surface.
Wednesday: Revelation Over Reunion & Deal Between Older & Younger Man, But Enemy Lurks & One Will Lose To The Other
There’ll be a big revelation of some kind, due to a reconciliation between two people after an absence. Ahead are the two men involved; a younger, smarter man, and an older, kindlier one, possibly a senior mentor figure. This appears to involve a deal, but there is a hidden enemy at work, and it seems that theft or taking something is the name of the game overall. The younger man will be victorious, and the older man or more senior man will end up having to deal with losses, and what has been taken from him.
I don’t think this has come to light yet. Who are the two men? Harry and Charles, or a different situation entirely?
Thursday: Man Considering Moving, Legal Proceedings Relating To Deal Or Marriage, & A Gift
A man has recently been going through legal proceedings regarding his marriage or a particular deal or contract, and he’s been considering moving or taking a trip away. He’s been thinking about the marriage a lot, there could be a house move happening which involves legal proceedings connected with home or family. There seems to be a gift or payout involved, either from the family or House involved, or he’s thinking it could come from legal action. It’s likely to be some kind of offer that comes out of the marriage or is the result of a deal. It links the House or family to the move under consideration, which is his and may be gifted to him.
I’d be pretty certain this is Harry: rumours are abounding now about a possible split, not to mention the collapse of various deals, which would also be represented by the Marriage card.
Friday: Man Mourns Love Losses He Believes Are Due To Dark Enemy Forces
A man grieving for a loss, focusing on official positions and those in authority and official positions. He’s recently made a trip and perhaps some progress but ahead will be facing the loss of something valuable to him. Driving him are the treasures and benefits of his position. But he has made enemies in an official capacity on his travels, and may be thinking of them in terms of being people from whom he’s previously escaped. When he thinks of the journey he made, he considers it a gift. But now, the men in suits will bring losses to his love life and passions, losses he’ll continue to mourn, and will lose the gift of being considered eligible. To him, the powers that be are shadowy figures, intent on destroying his love and his life. He mourns the loss of his recent escape, and the ‘treasures’ he feels they’re responsible for him losing. It looks as though he will continue to blame “them” for the taking away of his prize.
Another “ostensibly Harry but could apply to Putin” reading, although the love and lover aspect would be more referring to his passions and romantic obsessions about the revived Russia he wants to build.
So one of those weeks where readings weren’t all that direct, but again, where repeat themes kept coming up.
Back with daily reads on Monday. And for paid subscribers, look out for more step by step instructions on reading the Kipper Grand Tableau.
