A bit of an experiment today with Kipper cards, exploring a question that arose after recent readings suggesting something being hidden from us, behind closed doors.
But what?
I decided to do the same spread, both with Kipper cards but with TWO different decks, to see if they came up with the same or similar answers. Meanwhile, do check out this comparison between three of the most popular Kipper decks here:
So did they?
Let’s find out. The spread I am using in each is a simple 7-card Bridge spread, which also includes the card at the bottom of the deck for underlying energies. Both also had the False Person card chosen as the focus of the reading. You read this like any other chain spread, really, but just including the underlying card as well.
Layout 1
Here, I used the familiar Hildegard Leiding Traditional Wahrsage Kipperkarten.
The cards fell as follows:
The Cards
Sorrow, Win Lots of Money, Big Luck, False Person, Gift, Work, Long Road.
Underlying energy: Meeting
Layout 2
For this one, I used the Ciro Marchetti Fin de Siecle Kipper Deck
The Cards
Thoughts, Despair, Big Luck (Great Fortune), False Person, Success in Love (Lovers), Meeting (Courtship), Community
Underlying energy: High Honour
Remind yourself of the relevant Kipper card meanings here:
So some similarities (especially that Big Luck card, in exactly the same position in both!) but also some differences.
Let’s see how different or similar the overall messages are here. Check out my full interpretations below.
