Wednesday: Affectionate Reconciliation With Man Seen As Risky & Gameplayer Brings Consternation
Wednesday 26th July 2023
Apologies, laptop problems so posting little later than usual today.
For today’s quickie reading, we’re using the Sibilla Indovina aka the international version of the Sibylle des Salons. You can access the details of all 52 card meanings (plus reversals) here:
The cards drawn for today fell as follows:
Centre Cards: Core Issue
Tenderness, Reconciliation
At the heart of today’s reading, we have a renewed or perhaps revived connection and a reconciliation of some kind from those previously separated.
Top Cards: Further Detail
Contrariety/Displeasure, Fright (Death), Gamblers
Complaints and disgruntlement have brought an ending, but also a sense of game-playing or risk-taking, as if everything is now to play for.
Bottom Cards: Underlying Issues/Outcome
Pleasure/Pastime, Weakness, Male Consultant
The picture this paints is of a man who is rather dissolute, perhaps addicted to pleasure and frivolity. An unhealthy kind of ‘lightness’ and fun.
Looking at the cards diagonally, we can see that there are complaints over the reunion and any seeming renewed affection for the man concerned (Contrariety/Displeasure, Tenderness/Reconcilation, Male Consultant) and that it indicates frivolity, a lack of seriousness and now risk on the part of whoever is reconciling (Gamblers, Tenderness/Reconcilation, Pleasure/Pastime). So I would be looking here for someone being forgiven when many feel he shouldn’t be, for a lack of seriousness over the issues at hand.
Vertically, we see that the complaints are mainly over the ‘lightness’ or frivolity of the person, then there’s an ending and sense of sickness around the reconciliation, and that the man in question is seen as being a risk, a gambler.
I’ve no idea who this is at present, but it looks as though any powers-that-be who are attempting to rehabilitate someone are likely to come up against public wrath.
There is a reunion afoot with a particular man who is seen by many as a risk, a gambler, a lightweight. Someone being taken back into the fold. This is likely to bring a lot of public complaint, perhaps that he has been allowed to ‘get away’ with something and that its a big risk for the future.
