The Reading
We have at least two main characters in this reading, a Main Male and a Main Female. They are both facing in opposite directions, so for once, I’m going to start with both of them and actually in the middle of the reading!
Between them, whoever they are, are the Thoughts of a Rich Young Man. The main focus (from the little Cupid in the right hand side of the His Thoughts card) appears to be on the Male figure.
So starting with him first, we see that there will be news of him or something written (Main Male, Letter), entrapped or limited somehow by a high position or rewards (High Honours, Prison) and a House, so this could be a building, structure or actual House, but it looks as though there is a house move, or a sense of moving on in some way, or taking the “House” on a journey (House, Journey).
In the other direction, we see the Rich Young Man’s thoughts of the Main Female being given Gifts somehow, and that she’s she’s waiting for complaints or negativity (Expectation, Murky Thoughts). In her background, she’s been thinking about the Man and Rich Young Man too, of course (His Thoughts/Thoughts, Rich Young Man, Main Male).
If we were to read the cards from left to right in their rows, the top row gives us a waiting woman (Expectation-Main Female) in terms of thinking about a man (Thoughts, Main Male) with regard to a high position or respected House or family (High Honours, House).
In the second row, there are negative thoughts that bring gifts or rewards (Murky Thoughts, Gifts) for a Rich Young Man and news or a message (Letter) about escaping or moving away from a prison (Prison, Journey).
You can also connect the cards diagonally. So for example, we have the Main Woman about to have Murky Thoughts, that involve her recent past with the Rich Young Man, the Main Male and a structure that is apparently a Prison (House-Prison).
We also have someone’s Thoughts about the Expectation of a Gift, as well as the thoughts being written down (His Thoughts, Letter) in a way that brings respect and regard or rewards (High Honours) for a Journey or move. Meanwhile, the Main Male’s recent past shows the Rich Young Man, his relationship with the Main Female and Murky or negative Thoughts associated with that.
Finally, we can also knight any cards we’re interested in for extra clarity. The Rich Young Man has been Waiting for High Honours. His Thoughts are Murky and Negative with regard to feeling trapped (Prison). For the Main Female, there’s News or a Message written about her House or family. The Main Male who has previously been given Gifts is taken on a Journey or is moved away from.
I don’t think it will surprise you to know that I suspect this is about (sigh) the contents of Harry’s book, which the news appears to be full of this week. I think he is the Rich Young Man, his brother is the Main Male, and the Main Female, his wife. The book itself is out next Monday.
This is primarily about the thoughts of a rich young man particularly towards another man, but also a woman. There is news or something written of this other man’s entrapment in the prison of a particular structure, institution, or House, and the sense of either a house move away from it, or taking the institution itself on a journey. Perhaps both. The rich young man also offers his thoughts on a particular woman being given gifts, and that she’s waiting for complaints or negative thoughts. She appears also to have been thinking about the rich young man and the other man. She still waiting with regard to her previous thinking about a man in a high position in a respected House or family.
The more negative thoughts bring gifts or rewards in news or writing about escaping from a prison. The woman is about to express negative thoughts regarding the recent past of the two men and a structure or House that is supposedly a prison. We also have thoughts expressed about the expectation of a reward or gift and thoughts being written down in a way that bring honour and high regard. Meanwhile, the main male’s recent past show his negative thoughts about the rich young man and the woman.
The rich young man has been waiting for respect and high honours he feels are his due. He expresses negative thoughts in particular about feeling trapped. There’s news or something written about the house, structure or family and the woman, and the other man, who has previously been given gifts and rewards, is taken on a journey and/or moved away from.
