Thursday: Official Person In Charge Of Purse Strings, Gifts Or Grants Of Money To Community

Today’s nine card reading, and on a totally different topic to the last two, is from the Fin de Siecle Kipper deck.

At the heart of the reading, then, is an official person, someone acting in that capacity, usually someone in authority (Official Person), who may themselves be or who has a connection with an older or senior man (Mature Man), perhaps his father.
