Thursday: Gossip About A Deep Dive & The Sudden Removal Of A Man's Mask or Persona

For today’s reading, we’re once again reading with the Ciro Marchetti Gilded Reverie Lenormand.

Today’s layout includes two of the ‘extra’ cards in this deck; the Well, which is about digging deep, what’s under the surface, and the Mask which, I think probably speaks for itself.

The Reading

Today’s reading is about looking under the surface, digging deep for what is buried or underground. It appears to be related to a Man’s ‘cutting off’ (Scythe), and what looks like the worries (Mice) of experienced or older people (Lilies), or the undermining of a ‘peaceful’ family vibe including its older members.

Around the issue of what’s buried deep under the surface (but that may be being brought to the surface right now) is falseness, a Mask that someone’s been wearing with regard to a star, ambition and big goals (Stars), talk or gossip (Birds) and a betrayal or something negative (Snake) underneat…
