People Cards In The Vera Sibilla/Gypsy Oracle
A closer look at the main "character" cards, the court cards, aka Jacks, Queens and Kings, plus a number of extras!
Meaningful stories about everyday lives need to be populated with characters and character archetypes. And unlike in some oracle decks, (*cough* Lenormand *cough*) you’ll no doubt have noticed that you have a wealth of people cards to choose from in the Vera Sibilla and Gypsy Oracle decks.
This is one of the great things about Sibilla systems and their derivatives, such as the Kipper deck, whether you want to use them for fortune telling or for just having fun exploring day-to-day situations.
Who Are The Main Character Cards?
The MAIN People or Character cards in the Vera Sibilla or Gypsy Oracle decks are the so-called Court or Face Cards—those that are, when they have a playing card reference as in the Vera Sibilla, the Jacks/Knaves, Queens and Kings of Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs and Spades.
