Friday: Moral Judgements Or Legal Case Involving Enemy Bolsters Jealousy & A Deep Desire For Destruction

For the final reading of this week, I’m using the Piatnik Traditional Austrian 1901 Zigeuner Fortune telling cards, a precursor to the Kippers, that derived from the Vera Sibilla.

The cards for today fell as follows:

The Cards

Thought, Fortune, Ecclesiastic, Gift, Judge, Jealousy, Enemy, Desire, Misfortune

The Reading

At the centre is a Judge representing a legal process or figure of authority. Perhaps a court case, perhaps an actual judge.

In the corners, we have the thoughts of a possibly religious, moral or spiritual person (Thought, Ecclesiastical), an Enemy lying in wait and a disaster (Misfortune). So it looks as though someone is wishing hard for someone else’s downfall.

Above the Judge is the Fortune card, signifying good luck, which is pouring on the Jealousy card, so someone is getting bolstered, perhaps, by legal proceedings. To the left, is a Gift that has been received, and below is a Desire that has been created and is in…
