Face To Face On Getting Away, Wealthy Military Man's Double Dealing, & A Grand Reveal Of Upset & Opposition
Friday 16th December 2022
So for the final reading of the week, here’s another one from the Sibilla Indovina or Parlour Sybil deck.
The card at the centre of this one is the Visit card. This refers to visits and again, things arriving, but also face to face communication, calls and so on.
I am starting to include reversals in Sibilla readings here now, and as you’ll see in this one one of the cards has come out reversed.
Cards At The Centre:
Visit: A Visit, Face To Face Communications, Answers Arrive, Phone Calls
Country House: A Country House, Getting Away From It All, Peace & Recuperation
So at the centre of the reading, we have, taken literally, a visit to a country house, a holiday, or a face to face communication about “getting away from it all”, about peace and recuperation.
Top Row (More Detail)
Soldier: A Military Person or Official
Wedding (R): Wedding, Agreement, But Reversed, Broken Promises, Double Dealing, Unkept Promise
A Lot Of Money: Great Wealth, Winnings.
More detail about this situation gives us what on the face of it if the cards were all upright, the marriage of what’s likely to be a wealthy military or official person, but the Wedding card is reversed here, so there are broken promises involved and double dealing or broken promises regarding both the military man and money and wealth. The military man, who is wealthy, breaks his promises or double deals in some way, but also some agreement is not kept with regard to money.
Bottom Row (Outcome)
Infantilism: Sorrow, Upset, Tears
Important Revelation: Big Reveal
Impediment: Obstacles, Delays
As I’ve mentioned before, despite its name, the Infantilism card doesn’t actually mean childishness, but upset and tears, woes. This involves a big revelation about blockages, complications, impediments or opposition, and upset or tears. It could also be that this some of this is revealed after a period of delay.
A face to face communication about “getting away from it all”, possibly a literal country house, or a visit to a country house. This involves a wealthy military man, possibly a wedding or deal but something is wrong and things are not as they appear. Promises and agreements aren’t kept, there could be double dealing involved. The result is tears, upset, with obstacles and opposition, and a big revelation about this.
