Here are the main card meanings, including reversals, and images for the above Sibilla cards.

In all cases, the Gypsy Oracle/Sibilla della Zingara version is on the left, and the Vera Sibilla on the right. Note that the Vera Sibilla contains extra elements, playing card references and also lottery numbers. The original Italian meanings can sometimes add additional nuance to the meaning of the cards.

Death

Upright: Death, ending, finality, closure, something finishing, or needing to. Major dramatic life change, upheaval. Metamorphosis, need for closure or to move on. May be difficult, but often necessary.

Reversed: Even more negative. Sorrows, danger, shame, draining of energy, impotence. Painful or violent event, or something ending due to deliberate maliciousness, hatred or malevolence. Disruptive ending, prolonged negativity, permanent loss or ending. Not a good time to make decisions. Watch out for serious enemies or dangerous, negative people.
