So to get away from Grand Tableaus, here’s a reading you can do with any oracle deck at all, and it’s fantastic for a new year’s read.
Here, the 12 positions on the “Clock” represent the months of the upcoming year—so 1:00 is January, 2:00, February, all the way to 12:00, December, there at the very top.
In this layout, I’ve used the Sibilla Indovina, the “Parlour Sybil” cards, and, as you can see, reversals are included, although I’ve removed both of the Consultant cards, as they’re not relevant. For a personal read, you could leave them in, although with only three cards per clock position, bear in mind, you won’t be laying every one of the cards. As with the Sibilla Vera, reversals tend to mean either the opposite of the original meaning, or they magnify or reduce the impact.
